What is a Fish Spa?

It is a manicure and pedicure treatment using the Garra Rufa fish, which originate from the warm waters of Turkey & the Far East. During the treatment the fish suck & nibble away the dry skin of your feet leaving them healthy & callus free. The fish also stimulate acupuncture points helping to regulate the nervous system, aid relaxation & release fatigue. Garra Rufa fish treatments are especially good for eczema & psoriasis sufferers.

What does it feel like?

Don’t worry the Garra Rufa have no teeth. At first you will feel a tickling sensation which always guarantees a good ‘belly laugh’. Once you get used to the feeling you can lie back, relax & let the fish do their job.
